Attorney Marc S. Wiesner initially acquired litigation and trial experience working with local and federal prosecutors. Since then, Marc has moved his focus advancing tangible goals of injured clients.
A proud native of California and Santa Clara County, Marc graduated with honors from Santa Clara University. While studying law, Marc earned awards for outstanding performance in several courses, including legal advocacy, and represented Santa Clara University at an international moot competition in Hong Kong. Marc earned the Herman Wildman Social Justice Writing Award for legal analysis of human trafficking laws; a work later referenced by the New York State Bar Association in their assessment of New York state’s human trafficking protections.
From 2011 to 2014, Marc worked in the offices of Judges, Federal Prosecutors, and District Attorneys on a range of criminal matters including petty theft, vehicle code violations, rape, possession of child pornography, narcotics possession, homicides, and white collar crimes. These experiences provided Marc with a strong motion and trial experience including preparing cases and people for testimony.
From 2014 forward, Marc has focused his representation on injury-related cases; personal injury and workers’ compensation and enjoys mixing creative problem solving with aggressive representation. Marc has personally represented clients at the Superior Court, Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, and California Courts of Appeal. Having gone to high school in Palo Alto, college and law school at Santa Clara University, and lived in San Jose continuously for more than a decade, Marc’s roots in the San Francisco Bay Area run deep. He is a third generation Santa Clara County resident.
Outside the courtroom, Marc enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with his family.
